You can send me your inspirations, a rough guide of your design, examples or inspiration for colors you would like to use, and the type of paint you’ve chosen, and I will get back to you with a quote.
The mock-up service will include 2-3 frame and fork drawings giving you options in colour and design. The overall cost of the mock-up service and custom-paint job will be based on the complexity of the mock-up, the painting techniques applied, the number of colors, and the type of paint chosen.
Standard Paint Scheme
Each Bice Bicycles frame model has a standard paint-scheme, the price of which is included in the purchase of each frameset. You have complete liberty of the color choices that will be applied to each model’s paint-scheme.
Powder-Coating
Aside from the standard paint-scheme, Bice Bicycles also offers the option of powder coating your frame. Powder coating is perfect for those looking for the most resistant paint possible. Please note, however, that carbon forks cannot be powder coated.
This type of painting is limited to a single color and is generally not as finely finished when compared to the airbrush paint finish which is included with each frame. That being said, it is a really tough paint job and if you plan to carry a lot of bags (that will rub on the frame) or you know you’re someone that likes to rides rough and dirty then this might be the best option for you.
